Who Owns Atlanta? is a public tool for exploring property ownership in the City of Atlanta with views into Fulton and DeKalb counties as well. Locate any address (search in the City of Atlanta) to find who owns it, their portfolio and follow the ownership network across the area.

The project grew out of a simple question - how prolific are landlords large and small? Tax records list an LLC. The LLC has no obvious face. This site tries to connect those dots.

What it covers

600k+ parcels across Fulton and DeKalb counties, sourced from publicly available county tax records. Ownership is grouped into clusters — networks of entities that share addresses, registered agents, or other identifiers — so that related LLCs and shell companies appear together rather than separately.

What it doesn't cover

Municipal boundaries don't match county lines. All Atlanta addresses fall inside Fulton and DeKalb, requring inclusion. Other metro counties (Clayton, Gwinnett, Cobb, etc.) are not included in this version. Corporate flag coverage has known gaps — see the Methodology page for details.

Data freshness

Tax Parcel, business, and demographic data may be updated periodically as government agencies publish new extracts. The dates of the most recent pipeline run is noted on the Leaderboards; dates for individual files are in the FAQ .
